      Backward organization under new DG and management (since 2021)

      Pros

      Benefits as a P5, basically like a diplomat - That's about it!

      Cons

      - No innovation with no desire to change and modernize - Full of unskilled employees doing their best to milk the system and coast at uneventful and boring jobs - Unskilled HR team with no clue about attracting and retaining talent - Really bad senior management, with no management skills or any clue on how to lead - New leadership (since October 2020) are clueless puppets put into leadership by USA member-state support.
