There were not any benefits to working here.

Cons

This company abused the fact that I was young and eager for a salaried position. They basically expected all salaried people to work 24/7 and be available no matter what. The workload was ridiculous and the pressure unreal. I actually stopped working there because they drove me into disability. They told me that I could either take long term disability or be fired. It was totally unethical.

Absolute fake corporate culture. The young people who are smart enough leave within a year and the ones who stay are the "nice girls" who bullied you in high school but now are 40 years old.
