Pros

None that I can truthfully give.

Cons

If you like the good old boys club atmosphere, Wiserg is the place for you. All you need to do in order to keep not being laid off, is to go drinking and play cards with the main investor, and you are in. This main investor will eliminate experienced and qualified people so he can keep his favorite social group and all the while putting out the lame excuse he has to get rid of people because he has to change the business model. The CEO is so weak he let's this main investor strip the company of dedicated, experienced, and well meaning personnel, and let's him keep his favorite Microsoft group and his personal social group of drinkers and card players. Stay away from this company. They are not fair. They are secretive and sneaky.

Pros

NONE. You will be laid off within 3 weeks to a month because the younger management screwed up and you will have to pay for it, yet they get to stay and screw up some more.

Cons

EVERYTHING!! Don't work for WISErg, they don't care about their employees and they fill you up with false hopes and how great they are.

Pros

Nice idea for a product.

Cons

First time CEO is a micro-manager who only listens to one person, and fights regularly with the major investor. Not a good situation for a start-up, and makes for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Hiring of relatives and friends in key positions is becoming more prevalent and makes it feel like a 'boys club.' Recent lay-off with no clear explanation why those people had to go when the company was hiring during that same week. Good people are now looking outside the company due to instability here. Benefits need to be improved - still below average.
