      They do not promote them within as they say they do They judge people on their looks Don’t do what they Germans that they bring in for American jobs too and you’ll be held back on everything Mandatory overtime, continually even if you have a family

      Everything is flexible if you have the right manager

      Cons

      Everything is governed by Germany and nothing happens without their say so. Also Germany imbeds as many German employees as they can in management roles.
