Good to pad your resume.
Cons
They combine jobs. You're hired for one department but work for 2 or 3. Extra bosses with no extra pay. Raises are misery. Don't work for them more than a year.

The best part of WKOW is the coworkers! Everyone is smart, kind and always willing to lend a helping hand.
Cons
Madison has become a starting market and now that management knows that, there's not much effort to try to make people want to stay.
