Pros
I cannot think of any pros, other than the fact that in this economy, it's a job.
Cons
They don't care about the company as a whole. Management only cares about themselves. They have a very high turnover rate and they take money from employees that legally they should not take, justifying them by saying that the employee should do a better job. They don't use employees for their strengths, nor do they even make themselves aware of what their employees abilities are. This is an environment of who can have the most control over individuals. The CEO does not know his employees and relies on his managing partners to tell him, even though they do not know the employee either. As the other review stated, HR issues are never kept a secret. They don't give an employee a chance to improve or learn, they just cut them loose. The pay is really bad. I expect the future of this company will continue to thrive. They will continue to misrepresent their values to prospective employees. When employees figure out that they have made a mistake by being employed here, they have either been fired or have quit to move on to bigger and better things.
