      Pros

      I would encourage anyone to work at WMA with a real incentive being the really lovely, talented and passionate people that work there. There's a genuine care for the services delivered to clients, of which are some of the most exciting names in the music and brand space

      WMA are predominantly working from home currently, which could be seen as a pro or a con dependant on the person

      Pros

      Great fun working environment, everyone is very friendly, working with great clients and the company is growing which is exciting

      Cons

      It's a little bit west rather than central London which could be inconvenient for some people but it's not horrendous as Shepherds Bush is well connected

      Split offices between U.S and U.K. can make some of the workload challenging.
