      People leave because of management

      Pros

      While I was there, I had a great and amazing boss/mentor/leader. After that person left, there was a vacuum that has yet to be filled. The benefits are great, I will give them that. Group/Company wide activities were plenty, especially pre-covid

      Cons

      Lack of true leadership. No option for remote, even if your circumstances call for it. Promotions based on politics & not based off the merits of work. Management is more concerned with the company image being "modern" than producing quality work. No HR - major issues pertaining to harassments of all kinds. It's a small operation and yet, management knows little to nothing about their staff. There is no family element, more of an "every person for themself" mentality. There is also a bit of pitting people against each other, which leads to tons of animosity. The blame game is a regular thing - little to no accountability

We appreciate the lengthy feedback and, while most items listed could be easily addressed or rebutted, the comment about no remote options is incorrect. While the company does not have fully remote positions, it does have a hybrid work schedule where employees work remotely some days and from the office others in addition to allowing temporary remote arrangements to assist with other medical or family-related circumstances when needed. While a great work relationship involves a mutual commitment by both parties, we will sincerely evaluate and review your feedback in order to deliver a better experience for you and for us.       Amazing culture & growth opportunities

      Truly it is a joy to come to work everyday with people that I love being around and doing work that Everyone is very passionate about. There is genuine care prevalent in everyone about each other and the organization as a whole. Incredible growth opportunities. If you know where you want to be in the organization make that known and prove yourself you will be rewarded and encouraged for success. Good salary and great benefits.

      Cons

      Agency life is agency life no matter where you are. There are unique challenges with some departments but that has been improving. The pandemic has had an effect on the industry and this organization is no exception.
