Pros

At first the goals and pay were quite good, and the staff were all good hearted young women.

Cons

At the time I left management had stopped listening to my reasonable concerns for my health and well-being. After being laid off for the pandemic I was one of the few employees who was convinced to return. I was told at the time of my rehiring that the company could not pay what I had been paid prior to the lay off so I took the pay cut only to find out that through the shutdown the company had been selling as much product online with only 1 other employee to pay as it had been with 10 employees and 3 physical locations and her online store. I was then moved into a hallway where the other staff had to practically crawl over me to reach the bathroom. When I mentioned several times that the small wood chair I was given was hurting me I was told that there was no other option and I would have to live with it.
