Pros

There's not really any pros

Cons

Your experience depends on what teams you're in. There are many supportive people but there are many toxic people. You will experience workplace politics where senior members treats you like you're their subordinate. Without naming anyone, there are several people who would pull you on a 2 - 3 hours call going in circle on what you did wrong. The issue is you did not do anything wrong, but did it in a different way that produce the same results. Very stubborn and arrogant. Pay is extremely low. Most job carries an "analyst" title but you're more like an administrative assistant who does many data entry. There's barely no usage of ai or automation. Mandatory daily standup with a powerpoint presentation that all employees are forced to view. Overall, this place gives off the toxic feeling that "we're family here".
