Team, perks, interesting tasks that are not very common and challenging but super fun to work

Cons

Like in big companies, the decision-making process usually takes a lot of time. But I think that's normal.

Pros

The company was interesting to work for, and the staff was friendly. The facilities were excellent, and I learned a lot about additive technologies. I appreciated the freedom I had to solve problems as I saw fit, and the company was very flexible in that regard.

Cons

The work environment was comfortable overall, but the administration could be a bit disorganised at times. , there were occasions when the tasks assigned to me were not entirely clear.
