Will always give the young people a chance. A lot of opportunities to grow and learn. Always someone around to answer questions and lead you in the right direction.
WPCS is a union company (IBEW) and they work within the contract rules. They give employees the additional training they need that the union doesn’t provide. They try to keep the best people for a job on a job, but sometimes they need to shuffle people around to cover manpower demands.
Cons
I never have any issues with WPCS that couldn’t be worked out with the PM or the Operations Manager.
