Pros

It is definitely a family-like atmosphere and generally everyone gets along. The staff is very diverse and gives advice regularly.

Cons

The hours can change frequently. The team fluctuates. You'll talk to the same person everyday for a year and they are gone with no reason given. There's no true path for promotion.

The people outside of most management are great. The place is enough of a mess that you can do other things you’re interested in easily

Cons

Upper Management has no idea how their newsroom works. Less resources then any other station in NYC
