Great team spirit, throughout the agency. Everyone gets involved in whatever it maybe. Opportunity to develop and grow, also to work on variety of clients and disciplines - all leads to producing great work. Honest and hardworking teams.

Opportunity to work on a mixture of clients in charity and commercial spaces on a variety of projects. Lots of opportunities to change ways of working if needed. Really supportive team - always ask questions!
Cons
You need to be able to be flexible and a self-starter, working in teams but also able to get on with work independently.
