Pros
Good place to learn Friendly coworkers High volume of different stories Close to Boston (easy path way to work in Boston)
Cons
Low quality and poorly maintained equipment Extremely low wages with insulting 1% "cost of living" increases There is no room for advancement Upper management really disconnected to their field workers Upper management is more concerned with corporate's interests than day to day work Very low levels of DEI, especially with a state that has a 25% population of Black and Hispanic people

Some growth opportunity and promotions within. Management will have personal meetings to help you grow.
Cons
Decent newsroom with some toxicity and cliques. Difficult to get a good raise.
