Pros
The company tries to engage the employees through company wide meetings with free meals and interaction with management at these meetings. This company has become a great place for entry level employees to pad their resumes.
Cons
Sadly, the management is afraid to make any decision that they feel may cause someone higher up to notice them. The company also seems to lack a vision of the future Are they broadcasters or web content providers, or both and what does that mean for the bottom line. This company has slowly turned into a training grounds for entry level employees at the expense of the product all in an effort to reduce operating expense.
