      Pros

      No overtime. Acceptable workload in general.

      Cons

      LOW pay that cannot even support yourself. NO management. Everything is in a mess. NO mentorship. NO support for future career growth. Not a good environment for entry/junior level.

      never work overtime. good people in the company. good projects and a comfortable working environment. very convenient transportation

      maybe the salary is not as high as other small firms in NYC
