I started off at WRL Advertising as a paid intern (already a great sign). The interview process was very comfortable and fun questions were asked to get to know you as a person and your personality. The hours as an intern were very flexible, which is extremely beneficial if you are still in college. You also get hands-on experience working with real clients. It's a great internship that gives you practical experience to use on your resume. After interning for 2 months, I got offered a full-time position. Remote work is also possible. My first day there, I already felt welcomed by everyone in the building. Everyone has demonstrated amazing work and are very knowledgeable in their fields. I also like how interconnected all the departments are, it makes working on projects a better experience. They really are a full-service agency that stays up to date with technology, trends, and services. It's very fulfilling viewing the analytics that show how our services are helping our clients meet and exceed their goals. WRL treats you like a human being, not just another statistic. WRL isn't a workplace you dread coming to, instead it's an environment you look forward to.
