Pros

Customers Some employees Staff benefits are great

Cons

Management lack communication. Bullying is rampant throughout the company and complaints fall on deaf ears. Policies & practices apply to some but not others depending on who your manager prefers. Upper management has no clue what some state managers get up to in work time eg drinking on work sites with select staff before 9am. KPIs to sell top end hearing aids to elderly people who don't need to spend that much money. They have lost sight of the care aspect of the elderly and its all about the $$

Pros

Clients and colleagues great to work with

Cons

The retail division of WSA in Australia (Bloom Hearing) is not a good place to work. Although the job and colleagues are great, Bloom management are terrible. Most have very little experience as managers, waste a lot of money and don't know what they are doing. Because of this they bully, blame, manipulate and gaslight the staff for their own failings. What were once profitable clinics are now making a lot less money than they once were. There are more people that have left this company over the last few years than currently work here which speaks volumes. The common theme is that the staff don't like the way they are treated by management. The sad thing is Denmark keeps promoting the worst employees into the most responsible jobs which is only going to cost them a lot more in the long run. I don't see much of a future for this company. There are a lot of other companies around that are far more progressive and treat their staff 1000 times better!!!
