Pros

Great pay. Top 10 market. Looks great on the resume.

Cons

Worst communication EVER! Never worked somewhere so unorganized. Very clique-ish. A lot of turnover due to dissatisfaction. NO work/life balance. They own you 24/7.

A station stuck in the past

Pros

Decent pay, great benefits through Cox.

Cons

Good ol boy system through and through! Terrible communication, worse than any TV station I've worked. You would think a top 10 market would have weeded out the inexperienced, WSB just promotes them. 80% of the managers have no idea what their employees are doing, and have no respect for the work or craft. The station is riding on them being a dynasty number 1, which I'm sure will change sooner than later.
