      Welcoming environment with fast-paced startup feel

      Pros

      very welcoming work env. always trying to adopt latest technologies.

      Cons

      right on the line between startup and a cooperate. so some time you need to work really fast in a very close deadlines. this could be stressing to some people. but i like that you get to experience both worlds.

      Pros

      Stable company, Didn't fire anyone despite low times in the whole 9 years of existence. Loyal to workers, some teams have great WLB (like mine), parent-friendly. Interesting product if you're into sports. Especially if you like basketball - the company regularly drops free tickets to games! The annual company trips are awesome and super fun. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Pay is ok and average market if you're good at your job. Started bit low and increased it over the years to fit into the market now.
