Pros

Friendly co-workers and management that seems to care about employees' well-being. Flexibility when it comes to working out a schedule.

Cons

Low pay, no bonuses, no perks. Communication can be poor at times, especially from management. Employees sometimes aren't made aware of big changes or staff changes.

Pros

Some friendly people there. It's a great place to learn but you gotta get out of there before two years or else you'll have hell to pay

Cons

Management is a complete joke. The equipment there was state of the art in the 1980's, trouble is they're still using it today. They don't pay they're employees well at all, and aren't dedicated to them at all. The GM is a womanizer who constantly flirts with the people in sales while trying to portray himself as an upstanding Christian.
