Some of the other people that work there are great.
Cons
Some of the worst upper leadership I have had the misfortune to see in my career. The HRM frequently lies about benefits and policy. Ops leadership runs a meat grinder looking for fresh people. Direction is frequently lacking or contradicts itself. Some apparent squabbling between managers, and professionalism is at about a 3, on a scale of 1 to 10. Some good leaders have left, and only a few decent managers and leaders remain.
