Pros

They pay low base but good comm structure.

Cons

Products arent world class and require a learning gap. But they have potential for good future with new products but are late to martket. Also they promise product features when they are not yet ready. Pricing structure not good with new As a service model complicated and has also changed the metric couple times. Support model not good as they cant support local times for customers. No strong channel ecosystem
