Pros
Only local radio station in the area; therefore, that is good for business owners. However, demo's skew to an older demo. Its a great place to get started in the advertising industry. Yet, if you choose to stay you can make a good living.
Cons
My manager was really good; however, I don't think that manager is there, and upper management may not be as good.
