- Dog friendly environment. - Office in Mill Valley - Showers on site (great for after rides) - Bike parking

- Poorly managed. One person in charge with no real checks or balances. - Very old fashioned mentality towards work environment and company culture despite working in a recreational industry. - HR difficult to work with and not professional. - No outside investment, and no cash in the bank to refine processes, attract talent, or improve work environment. - Great product ideas hamstrung/limited by poor vendor relationships. Product development driven by OEM customer demands. - "Hands-off" approach to employee growth and development.
