Leadership ignored complaint about someone calling me a slur. Asked client if it was worth keeping me because I made the complaint.

The team members generally work well together and are willing to help each other out.

Cons

1. No PTO balance to start with and can't use PTO during the first three months of employment. 2. Absolutely no job security. Even after management claims they will look after the employees should there be an issue with the program, they terminate employees without a second thought to their previous promises.
