      It is a good place to learn video production skills Coworkers are friendly Cake on first Friday of the month Restaurants often bring free food Guests are Interesting

      Management is terrible Very little training before being put on a camera Pay is awful Bonus is a ham (Yes, a literal ham)

      Pros

      Great people for the most part. Considering the lack of manpower, outdated equipment and inexperience among much of the staff it’s amazing that we even get shows on-air half the time, let alone compete in the market

      Cons

      Extremely understaffed, outdated equipment, upper management is unbelievably cheap which makes it very hard to be competitive in the market.
