      WTS, small company but a decent place to work

      Pros

      this is a small company atmosphere, great co-workers dedicated to helping each other out and share knowledge. Everyone is very good at working across department lines to ensure the customers are taken care of. Great relationships with the customers and other vendors helps make things happen.

      Cons

      Not a lot of regular communication from management, and they painted a rosy picture when it wasn't. Some people tended to take credit for the work of others. There was also a fair amount of indecision at times when trying to develop customer solutions. Mid and upper management did not listen to the technical experts enough to understand the issues and concerns.

      Pros

      You would learn a whole lot when it comes to company taxes and tax law. When it comes to the staff, they are like family and hardworking. They get the work done.

      Cons

      Although the number of staff is below 20, the structure should be better, they have one person doing the job of 2 or 3 people. There is no structure at all, and also note that you could get laid off without proper notice.
