Pros

Consultants working for the company are very good. There is so much to learn. For me it was a roller coaster ride at Wti cabs.... Exciting in the beginning and rejection at the end.

Cons

The family relatives work in the company and everybody is dominated by them. Juniors cannot discuss their issues with the HR, because if they do they are fired. People who are in relation with the head are working happily and are progressing in their careers. New comers are mentally tortured. Old employees don't let the new joinees invest in the company. The office culture is damaged by office politics. Managers working in the company have become managers solely because they are relatives with the head.

Pros

there are no pros just cons

Cons

Toxic Work Culture: The environment often promotes blame games, favoritism, and micromanagement rather than collaboration and accountability. Lack of Work-Life Balance: Employees are expected to be available beyond working hours, with little regard for personal time or boundaries. No Clear Processes or Structure: Poorly defined roles, inconsistent workflows, and last-minute changes make daily tasks chaotic and stressful. High Employee Turnover: Many leave within a short span due to poor management, unrealistic expectations, and lack of recognition. Zero Focus on Employee Well-being: No mental health support, long working hours, and a general lack of empathy from leadership. Leadership Lacks Vision and Communication: Senior management often operates reactively rather than strategically, with little transparency or direction for teams. No Career Growth or Learning Opportunities: Promotions and appreciation are rare, and professional development is not encouraged or supported. Toxic Hierarchy: Certain individuals are protected regardless of their behavior, while others are undervalued or ignored
