      - Growth oriented environment - Personalised attention on each employee and intern for their growth - Constant Support - Open door policy in communication and grievance redressal - Lots of opportunities to grow and learn - On time appraisals and promotions - Regular fun activities for team bonding and fun where the top management also participates. - Teamwork and great collaborative environment - Great work life balance and minimal micro management from the management side - Performance oriented work culture - Salary and compensation is credited always on time
