Pros
Being able to tell your friends and family that you’ve literally been to hell and back and survived. Some of the people are nice, I guess.
Cons
Far too many to mention, but like all horrible employers, it starts at the top and works its way down. This place is destined to remain the least watched and respected station in the the area. Local people don’t even know the station is still on the air, and that will be reflected in your pay. Expect minimum wage, laughable benefits after an absurdly long probationary period, a pathetic 401k with no match, angry and jaded colleagues. Hard work is not rewarded here, it’s prohibited! If you are a zero at life who prefers to work with like minded people that expect and do nothing positive all day, then this is your place!
