      Pros

      Management and Owners are kind, considerate and go above and beyond to help staff through the ups and downs of the industry. Great work/life balance. Supportive and friendly staff. Never had a bad day at work, would always look forward to it.

      Cons

      Tips are pooled and are less than other places, but overall happiness at work makes up for it.

      -amazing staff. Life long best friends -great management -team based, never left on your own to suffer -not stressful because of the support you receive from management
