Cons
The CEO is a tragic figure. She claims to uplift and empower women but actually does the opposite. I have never felt so put-down, nervous, and disempowered at a job in my life. She insists on mind games, is an absolute failure at making decisions and sticking to them, and is incredibly passive-aggressive. Don't even bother asking her for help. She's too busy and far too important. Then there's the HR person whose job is to humanize the CEO...ooof. Prepare for gaslighting and more mind games. They really fail in treating their employees with dignity and respect.
