The reporters and producers are extremely dedicated and talented. The quality content and how it is presented on air and online is top notch.
Cons
Like most companies, it's usually the local management who attempt to delegate with death grip. There are often times employee pitch great ideas and stories, but if management doesn't care for it, the story won't materialize.
