Pros

Respect from management. every employee treated with respect, no matter what your position is in the company. positive working atmosphere Good procedures to assist with the day to day job great social occasions - the staff all get along very well

Cons

Poor parking there can be very thankless clients long hours if you have lots of after hours meetings

Pros

Great Management, they treat everyone with the same level of respect from new admin staff to those that have been there for over 20 years. Very busy job but lots of support. When you see a full project through to the end it can be very rewarding. Hybrid working model. Camaraderie amongst staff is excellent. Great work events.

Cons

Very difficult clients. long days when you have meetings in the evening. Lots of legislation and governance to learn. Please get a new coffee machine in the office
