Polysilicon is a commodity good now. No profit in it. If you have drive or desire to succeed this is not your company unless you are German. Americans are thought of as lesser opinions and treated as such. Women are treated as secretaries, regardless of background. They will ask you to design and install things in an unsafe manor to meet production expectations and expect you to take responsibility. They have more alarms in the dcs than they can deal with (1 every 40 seconds). They have lost at least 10 employees with 10-20 years experience in the last year and replaced them with 0-2 years straight out of school bc it’s cheaper. The HR department has over 100% turnover in the last 3 years if that tells you anything! Proceed with caution!
