      Pros

      You can make a ton of money if you put in the work and get the job done.

      Cons

      Don’t try to change the status quo of the good ole boy network in leadership. The management is super reactive to problems and only combat the biggest fire that is burning. The whole goal of the leadership team is to keep the owner in the dark with the problems.

      Tell you what you want to hear to start working for the company.

      Cons

      Threaten the technicians and service writers all the time to fire them even the ones that have been there for 20+ years. Management and Owner should be looking up to those guys as they know how to run the whole show and would be wise to actually listen to them
