      Promises Could Be Clearer, Room for Growth

      Working in an MNC just for the name sake.

      Cons

      My experience was affected by a lack of clarity around some benefits discussed during the hiring process, which didn’t fully align with what was offered. Communication within the company could sometimes feel unclear, making the work environment a bit challenging. I would recommend a thorough look into all details before considering this company.

      -Flexible Schedule -Near to metro -Good Locality -In Delhi/NCR

      Cons

      -Low Low Pay -No proper goal setting -unpredictable termination of management -no training at all -no formal onboard process - disconnect from all departments - less staff 500% more work
