      Pros

      Free food. Free snacks. Flexible work timing. Good salary. The company is growing fast in semiconductors domain which is good(not worked in this domain though)

      Cons

      Not ideal to start a career in embedded domain. No vision or plan on where they want to position themselves in embedded domain. They want to be jack of all trades. No in house projects at all No proper infrastructure. Not even genuine OS and required tools for any development activity. Any request to the management will be unheard and unanswered.

      Good work, no timing constraints if you are up to date with your schedule, great place to learn as they can put you on any kind of work, So be ready for anything.

      Location is good, also office premises. Good technical managers

      Cons

      Hike will not be good even if client is satisfied. 3 years freshers bond has high amount. Not even laptop is provided as other service companies. There is no control over work you get. When a client contract ends, you have to take whatever work profile is offered. Free canteen is stopped after Alten takeover and minimum work hours increased to 9 (if you work from their premises), which HR monitors. IT and finance work only for top management. You can talk to managers about your problems but nothing happens on the ground. Dont trust the reviews here, most are fake.
