      Pros

      Some of the greatest people I’ve worked with in my career.

      Cons

      Misalignment, lack of strategy or competitor insight, short sighted execution. Ie. Hired about 30 sales people. Layed off 90% less than a year later.

      Pros

      Great group of people. One of the hardest organizations I've had to leave for that reason. Super passionate and caring CEO. Workout room. Cool snacks. Great vibe and culture. I really loved this group and product.

      Cons

      There were many frustrations related to a super accelerated launch without expertise and research of the market place, well defined ICP, strategy or any foundational sales tools. Big push to hire a large sales team and then quickly realized it was premature...sadly left a lot of people people without a job.
