Pros

Great coworkers with plenty of support, nice customers, working with dogs all day, knowledgeable staff, nice concept, brand new facility

Cons

Corporate micromanagement, disorganized, communication is very poor, promise of bonus reward system but no evidence of it, low pay with "bonus" to compensate but don't count on it, start up company with no desire to spend money marketing and so there is a constant fear amongst staff that business will go under soon

Pros

The veterinarians here are good.

Cons

The way everything is set up and organized makes it difficult to work. There is no training for many of the departments. The phones and computers keep crashing. We don't have basic supplies like pens and printer ink. So many animals were crammed in that it became physically impossible to get them all potty breaks.

Pros

Working with pets is great and pet benefits are good

Cons

Corporate management is a joke. The communication is terrible and no one believes anything that is said. Everyone I know is looking for a new job and doesn't believe the business will be successful. I had 3 different managers while I was there. So much turnover! What a joke!
