they don't look at their current hard working employees salaries and reevaluate them, they just hire new employees by luring them in with very high salaries. Way to top heavy any more.

Good Pay, great experience, good morale.

Cons

Work Life Balance, Be prepared to work 10-12 hour days up to 6 sometimes 7 days a week. But some people are into that.
