Pros

Some of the coworkers were nice

Cons

Literally the worst job ever. If you don't give your two weeks notice your last paycheck is bumped down to minimum wage. Caveat is... I gave my two weeks notice and they STILL bumped me down to minimum wage. Not sure if I should just let it be or fight it at this point. They were not up front about hours availability. Everytime I asked they would not give me a straight up answer. You are required to have super early mornings and drive hundreds of miles in your own car to get to the jobs your are scheduled for. Their communication and general organization was not great either. On my first several jobs, all of my co-workers were late (including the ones who were training me). Easily the worst place I have ever worked, I was disappointed it could have been a great opportunity.

Pros

Some really great co-workers you can bond with over hating your job. You can actually learn a lot about photography and studio lighting.

Cons

High stress. Low pay. Dealing with large volumes of people. Expect to drive 2 hours to a different school every morning at 4am. Unstable hours. During the fall and graduation season expect to work ~60 hour weeks including travel times with little to no days off. In the winter and summer expect 10 hour weeks or being laid off completely. High turnover rate.
