Pros

work flow i felt was manageable, wonderful product, I use them in all my electronic projects. felt good knowing where some industries these components went to.

Cons

never worked in such a toxic environment where older employees in their late 50's say such hateful things & bring up gossip about each other within their own clique & people they dislike. I feel management is too relaxed on harassment/bullying. ladies have been there for years i think its time they might need to be replaced. Good hardworking Employees Are leaving.

Team & other colleagues were brilliant

Cons

middle management upwards had no idea what was going on in departments multiple colleagues signed off with stress and no one did nothing to help/improve Temporary workers get strung along with offers of permanent contracts that dont materialise Workers dismissed if management simply don't like you or you speak up for whats wrong

Large Worldwide Company, Good Training, Excellent Products

Cons

Troubled UK organisation, with seriously flawed Senior Management. Toxic working environment, with questionable HR? Many good, long term staff have left, and more will follow. Situation must improve or questionable future for the UK operation.
