good salary friendly colleagues benefit ok

Cons

gossip ground need to write reason why late office even it's 1 min need to fill approval form if go out early or come in late because of work or meeting late work ok, but no OT but if you come in 1 min late not ok doing all manual work don't even know how to manage social media using available tool .maybe because stingy or just plain stupid. you will learn nothing here. if you stays here means you are unwanted by others.

This company is not for the younger generation. They treated the employees like a primary school kid and being petty on minors thing like late for 1 min to work but it's OK for them to ask you to stay back after 6lm which happens quite often. The owner is an absolute nightmare. IMHO he shoukd retire and let the next gen to steer the ship. Sadly he is living in denial and not accepting the fact that his brand reputation is sinking . Oh well I have forgoten, to him wah chan is not brand but a shop. So he doesn't care about branding.

Super micro manage like some school, the company care a lot about us on everything we do including going to toilet.. go to meeting everyday just to listen to stories and they expect you to note it down.
