      Horrible experience with this micromanaged company!!!

      Nothing......All staffs are self-centred and care only for themselves.

      Cons

      -No training or guidance provided. -Management misused authority and anyhow terminate my service during my last day of probation, in which I did not receive a single warning letter at all.
