Most of the management should be replaced. They micromanage you and tell you to do incorrect things, then yell (yes, literally yell) at you when you do that they say, harass employees as well as customers, and never take responsibility for their own actions. They put too much work on individual people. The pay is not good unless you are one of the family, and those people also get away with everything they want and then some. The amount of work that you’re expected to do continually increases with no reviews, no pay increase, and you get in trouble for not completing things that are not for original responsibility. No real HR department, so there’s a huge abuse of power situation from the CFO as he has a temper and you can’t complain to the CFO about the CFO. He also makes decisions based on his personal needs over the well being of the company when it comes to things like your benefits. Truly, the list goes on forever. Unless you work contracted here or get a management position where you’re one of the crew, save yourself the trouble. You will truly regret working here and the best thing I ever did was leave before it got as bad as I head it is now from others.

Could the benefits package be improved? Sure, I suppose like anywhere else.
