      Great parental support but limited enrollment times

      Pros

      Parents are covered under mediclaim. Dad got hospitalised last year and the claim went through without any back and forth. That kind of support really matters when you're already stressed.

      Cons

      Enrollment opens only twice a year so if you miss the window you just have to wait it out which can be inconvenient.

      The appraisal discussions are usually quite transparent. In my last review cycle, my manager walked me through how the ratings were linked to KRAs and project delivery, which made the whole process easier to understand.

      Cons

      Sometimes the final increment communication takes a little longer after the review discussion.
