- Senior management out of touch with Digital Marketing & did more harm than good by undermining the department at every turn - Unwilling to pay top flight talent to provide expertise that was badly missing - Upper management played favorites & protected an individual from deserved discipline - Sales sold exuberant, unrealistic contracts that could not be delivered upon - Layoffs directly attributed to clients sniffing out the "Smoke & Mirrors" act and leaving the agency - Company culture went from really fun (nerf gun fights, etc) to factory like (open concept, no heat in new office, minimal employee interaction) in just two years.....it all changed when senior managment got the blood lust for $$$$ - DON'T believe they the lip service that Wakefly is Pro- Employee....it's Pro - Making $$$ & NOTHING else.. - Pay is extremely low due to Senior Management's motto 'Anyone Can Do The Job" - PTO program is only 10 days for the first 2 years that includes sick, personal AND vacation....so take your vitamins! - The career path leads to a cliff..... - Bonuses mysteriously disappeared and senior management swept it under the rug

The CEO has had a series of confirmed affairs with female employees, sometimes more than one at once and most them significantly younger than him (although not all). He will then sabotage their success at the company and he has laid off at least two of them when the relationship got too complicated. These relationships are very obvious to fellow employees and makes for a very uncomfortable work environment. His partner and upper management (all men) actively turn a blind eye and do nothing to stop the CEO's inappropriate behavior.
